VC1 is a deformable, sculptural, airtight chair. We understand that you may want to experience it firsthand before deciding if it's right for you. The Weiv Living team offers the following trial period to ensure your freedom of experience and protect the rights of both parties:
You may unbox and experience the product within 7 days of arrival. If you are not satisfied, you may apply for a return.
The shipping costs and logistics risks for returns are borne by the seller.
We accept minor signs of use (such as natural creases), as long as the overall appearance is good, the airtight structure functions normally, and the outer fabric is free of significant stains, it will be considered eligible for return.
If the product shows signs of punctures, tears, stains, or failure of the airtight structure that cannot be restored, Weiv Living reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a fee.💡Reminder: Please be sure to keep your purchase invoice, keep the product clean, and return it in its original packaging. Customer service will assist with the photo review process to determine eligibility for return.
